An Official Statement
From Jo K: Dear Michael Petyo, in your lengthy bid for the presidency, you may at some point feel the compulsion to say that some racist policy or another is for the protection of me, a white woman. Or you may attempt to justify your racism under the guise of ostensibly protecting white women. I’m writing this to officially say: I reject this false protection. If you must be racist, you do not get to hide behind me to do it. Thank you for your time.
Ok, so what was that all about??? First off I have never said anything about any woman White, Black, Brown or whatever. Remember on my website everyone has the right to express his or her opinion without repercussions. If I had said something about a white woman that would be different, but as of today I have said nothing to offend anyone that I know of. Just remember I am just a man trying to save the soul of America.
Again thank you for your thoughts.

A Word Of Advice
From Christine McCall: “He must always keep that copy with him and read it daily as long as he lives. That way he will learn to fear the Lord his God by obeying all the terms of these instructions and decrees. This regular reading will prevent him from becoming proud and acting as if he is above his fellow citizens. It will also prevent him from turning away from these commandments in the smallest way. And it will ensure that he and his descendants will reign for many generations in Israel” -Deuteronomy 17:19-20 I strongly believe that the next president will be the one that spends the most time dwelling in the Lord’s presence and soaking up all of the advice He offers. Running a campaign seems very taxing and you are probably already short on time but reading the Bible daily is WELL worth the sacrifice. Grow in your faith and you will be surprised at the blessings that stem from it. I am praying for the candidate that will turn America back to God.
Best Wishes, Christine McCall
Thank you very much for your kind words. If you remember what I said on my website:
When GOD chose David to be King he was nothing more than a shepherd boy. He was not a Millionaire or a Billionaire, or a Rhodes or Fabian Scholar but just a man. It will take a man who knows the needs of the people one with common sense and not one who was a previous office holder. Maybe the next President of the United States will be just a man. It will take a just man one who is chosen by GOD to defend the rights of the people and their Nation. One who when he speaks the words will flow from his lips as does honey from a hive.
I am just a man trying to save the soul of America.

Michael Petyo For President, HELP AMERICAN WORKERS KEEP THEIR JOBS…Combat Employers Who Are Replacing American Workers With Untaxed, Illegal Aliens Using Counterfeit ID’s or Paid Cash Under The Table.
If you look at my web site you will see that I am a Businessman, Navy Vet 1968-1974, and a Union Carpenter for 23 years. What people don’t understand is that if we are not making the steel and the big money in those high paying jobs who is going to hire anyone to do work for them such as doing windows, doors, siding or any other work related job to say the least. We have lost 5.1 million steel jobs and know one is doing anything to stop the onslaught of work being taken by others than American Citizens. I just don’t understand what the philosophy is between the Unions and the Non-Union workers. They cry about loosing jobs but yet they have lost millions of good paying jobs yet they continue to put these idiots back in office. I cannot stop the loss of work if I am not in office or cannot be heard by others.
So in conclusion who better to represent you then one of your own!

Questions for Me To Address
From Yanni Kratsas: Michael…A – I’m not a “she”. B – If you can’t explain yourself, then there is no need to go any further. I was simply asking you what you stand for. I was kind of hoping for an answer that I could get behind. I’m not knocking you by any means. But every 4 years we have someone that tries to run for President, yet says nothing. So please tell us…what drives you? What do you stand for? What will you do with ISIS? What will you do with Welfare? How will you knock out the national debt? Are you for or against the 14th amendment? Questions like these need to be answered.
Yanni, it’s ok for you and others to question my ability to become President so I will try to help bring you on board.
WHAT DRIVES ME?
First off when I went to run for President my wife thought I was nuts. She said why are you doing this, and my response was that I am doing it for our grandchildren, and those millions of families out there that have no one to defend them. I said it was not about us, but about the working men, and women who need help. That’s why I choose to run because it was the right thing to do. It’s what our Fore Fathers would have done. They gave up their lives, and all that they had to create, an America that would last forever.
WHAT DO I STAND FOR?
I stand for fairness and justice for all American’s.
I stand for the Hungry and Poor
Those who have been Sold Out
The American Workers
The Solution for putting millions of American’s back to work
Stopping the Government Control of our lives and of our wallets
The Imprisonment of its people
I would invoke the proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution
Tax reform for our families
Taking care of our Military men and women
Bring back One Nation under GOD.
If you read my website www.petyoforpresident.com the answers are in the question.
WHAT WOULD I DO WITH ISIS?
Just in case you did not know this there are 22 Jihad training camps in America as we speak, and our government has done nothing to stop them. About ISIS, I would cut the head of the snake off, and that should solve the problem. If it did not I would ask GOD for his Blessing, and as Gideon remove the vermin from the face of the earth.
WHAT WOULD I DO WITH WELFARE?
I would have ID cards with the recipient’s picture on it, and make it so that only the ID holder is able to purchase the basic food groups for their families. Milk, bread, cheese, meat, vegetables, etc…. By having their photo on their card only they may purchase the basic food items. They would not be able to sell the remaining balance on their card for cigarettes, liquor, pop, snacks, or anything else.
HOW WILL YOU KNOCK OUT THE NATIONAL DEBT?
Out of the $18 trillion dollars approximately 6 to 7 trillion dollars are loans from the United Kingdom, Japan, and others. The rest has been taken out of the Social Security, Pension Funds and other American monies. We lost right at 93 million jobs in America. I would start with the United Steel Workers and bring back the 5.1 million steel jobs that were lost which equates to approximately $382,500 billion dollars in revenue. I would then attack the infrastructure of the Country which has easily 20 plus million high paying jobs. Jobs that can support families with a decent living wage, and one that can support all of the other trades involved. Which in turn means that they can afford to purchase the American products they produce.
The following statement sums up our Government Officials:
My wife’s grandmother always use to say “You could always trust a thief because you knew he was always going to steal from you, but you could never trust a liar”, and that’s because you never knew when he was going to tell you the truth!
ARE YOU FOR OR AGAINST THE 14TH AMENDMENT?
The framers of the 14th could have expressed themselves more clearly. The record below indicates what happened. They became an inner circle of debaters who developed their own understanding of the formulations they drafted without testing the language on outsiders to see how it might be misunderstood. When Bingham and the others spoke to the public, they expressed their intent for the amendments, but seldom actually presented the draft language for public comment. It was available, of course, but one had to seek it out, and in the heat of the times, most people weren’t focused on how the language might be misconstrued by outsiders or later generations.
These statements of the Fourteenth were adopted for a reason. They were not without force and effect. They were intended by the framers of the Fourteenth to extend the jurisdiction and protection of federal courts to all rights recognized by the Constitution and Bill of Rights against actions by state government.
First, “any law” includes the state constitution, which is its supreme law, subject to the U.S. Constitution.
Second, for the framers of the 14th Amendment the term of art, “immunities”, meant all those rights recognized and protected by the Constitution and Bill of Rights, including those of the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. The framers of the Fourteenth used the word “immunities” because the rights recognized and protected by the Constitution and Bill of Rights are rights against action by government, which are “immunities”, as distinct from contractual or tort rights.
If there is any doubt as to what the framers of the Fourteenth meant by their words, here are some more of their words, taken from debates in Congress and the press during the drafting and ratification debates on the amendment. What follows has been heavily based on Halbrook, Stephen P., Freedmen, the Fourteenth Amendment, and the Right to Bear Arms, 1866-1876, Westport, CT: Praeger, 1998.

Evidently Christine you have read the first two paragraphs of my web site where I stated that when GOD choose David to be King….., and of course you know the rest. Yes I was talking to Him today and the subject came up of how I was upset about what was going on with the campaign. I felt why was I not up there on stage with the others spreading the words that He had placed on my web site. I know that when I speak the words flow from my lips as does honey from a hive, but I could not understand why I was at a stand still until you came along. So needles to say I received an e-mail from you basically saying stay the course He will take care of the rest. I guess it was His way of telling me, Michael I will take you places you never dreamed of just trust in me. Christine thank you for your words of wisdom and your thoughts I know now that He sent you to me just when I needed Him the most. Thank you and may God Grant you many and Blessed years for your thoughts.

Subject: Your Views About Abortion
From Myron W. Bodtker:
I respect your personal stand on abortion, but your religious stand on abortion is wrong. God ordained artificially induced chemical abortion for bastard babies in the Bible book of Numbers 5 verses 11-30 because God wants no bastard babies in His congregation. Reference my e-book “The Bible Proves…God is Pro-Abortion” value your critique.
Myron, this is what I found the verse to say about the abortion of a bastard child.
Some propose that Numbers 5:11-31 refers to God causing an abortion. The 2011 edition of the NIV mistakenly states that the drink will cause miscarriage in Numbers 5:21-22,27. However, this is not what the passage is talking about. Pregnancy is nowhere mentioned, or even hinted at, in the text. The only thing that even sounds like pregnancy is the guilty wife’s stomach becoming bloated, but even in that instance, it has nothing to do with pregnancy. Further, the passage does not say that drinking the concoction would cause an abortion/miscarriage. While drinking a poisonous mixture of ingredients could very well cause a miscarriage, that is not what this text is speaking of.
If a wife was found guilty, the punishment was death (Leviticus 20:10). If the wife was found innocent, she would be “cleared of guilt” and “able to have children” (Numbers 11:28). So, again Numbers 5:11-31 does not refer to abortion in any sense. Rather, it is describing a method that God allowed to be used to determine if a wife had committed adultery against her husband.
From Myron W. Bodtker:
Dear Mr. Petyo:
Thank you for your reply. But may I point out that Numbers 5:13 DOES refer to pregnancy when it says that the suspected woman is not “taken with the manner”, (i.e., her menstruation, the manner of all women, is past due, meaning she is likely pregnant.
May I also inform you that in addition to the NIV, the official Jewish interpretation of this text is that it describes an induced miscarriage. The woman drinks a bitter (alkaloid) drink which causes her uterus to contract violently and expel dead tissue from her vagina.
Here are the texts on bastards:
The blind, deformed, handicapped and the bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord. I, the Lord will have no mercy on the children of whores. They and their children are banned from my congregation for ten generations…that they profane not my sanctuaries. Deuteronomy 23:1,2 Leviticus 21:17-20,23 Hosea 2:4,5
Think About This:
When GOD chose David to be King he was nothing more than a shepherd boy. He was not a Millionaire or a Billionaire, or a Rhodes or Fabian Scholar but just a man, and yet GOD choose him to be King. I am not David nor do I have the ear of the Lord. I cannot tell you what men have written in the bible nor can I tell you if GOD himself said those exact words. What I can tell you is that I cannot judge a man or a woman for his or her actions. All I can tell you is that I believe that GOD loves everyone and everything, whether that child is born into this world healthy or not.

Young Constituent Concern
Subject: Some Young Constituent Concerns
From Alissa Simon:
My name is Alissa Simon and I’m a 25 year old law school graduate of Florida State University. I’m writing because I hope that at least one of the republican presidential candidates might be able to give some advice on a very real issue. If not, I at least want to make you aware. I can only speak for myself, and perhaps my fellow law students or med students, when I discuss my current predicament. However, many others my age may too be experiencing similar difficulties.
To give you some background, I just graduated from law school in May and have about $160,000 in federal student debt ($180,000 now since interest accrued while I was in school). Presently, my average loan rate is 6.49%. I have no private loans. All of my loans are government-issued. It used to be the case that students like myself would not start accruing interest on our loans until we graduated from school. The Obama administration changed that provision in recent years. I have been accruing 6-8% interest on the student loans I have taken out for law school for the last 3 years while in school. My loan origination fee was also 5%.
With that being said, I have a number of dilemmas.
1) The only way I feel that I can get out of this student loan ocean is by going into public service (to participate in the 10 year student loan forgiveness program) since the other student loan forgiveness programs would not apply to someone like me. However, since I have an entrepreneurial spirit, I have been told that working for the government would stifle my creativity. Regardless, I see that it may be one of my only realistic options.
I recently received a job offer from a disabled veteran owned small business. The public service loan forgiveness program does include work in non-profits but because the president of the company is an upstanding man and doesn’t want to mislead people like many non-profits do, he has decided to categorize the company as a corporation rather than a non-profit. As a result, if I take the job, my chances of obtaining loan forgiveness after 10 years goes out the window, even though we will be performing services for veterans and fulfilling government contracts.
2) The new student loan forgiveness programs are more or less misleading. I have been doing my research and even if I took the job with the organization referenced above, where I believe I will be doing a lot of good for people, my lowest monthly payment on my loans would not even come close to covering the interest.
Lets assume that I make the starting salary ($41,600) for the next 20 years and never get a raise. Although the Pay As You Earn repayment program states that my loans will be forgiven after 20 years of payments, I will still pay $91,471 in interest over those 20 years and the forgiven amount will be $317,876. I will then have to pay income tax on that amount of debt forgiveness (which is extremely scary). So, in essence, I’m setting myself up for a jolting new debt to the federal government in exchange for a different one.
**The above situation is assuming that: 1) this plan will still be around in 20 years, of which there is no guarantee and 2) that my income does not go up within the next 20 years. If my income did increase, there is a chance that I would be kicked out of any one of the income based repayment programs (since you have to be within 150% of the poverty level to qualify). Although there isn’t a form that I can fill out to tell me what will happen if my income increases and I’m kicked out of the plan, I can tell you that it would mean that all of the interest that has been capitalizing (for those, say, 18 years) would be so astronomical that I would then have a total debt amount that I would never be able to repay.
– To explain further, the interest accruing on my student loans every month is $960.98. If pay the minimum amount owed with an annual income of $41,600 ($218/month) and then all of the sudden end up making more money one day (say 18 years down the road) and am therefore ineligible for one of the income based plans, after paying $91,471 in 18 years I will still then owe an additional $340,272.
3) This leads me to my next concern. I cannot get married. My boyfriend and I have been dating for years and he’s a wonderful person. He left active duty with the Air Force because he got orders to Japan. Since he figured that I wouldn’t be able to chase my dreams effectively there, he has moved home with me and is now a member of the reserve unit and back in school full time. Since his income is effectively zero right now, getting married at the present moment wouldn’t hurt us. However, as soon as he starts to make a living, if we choose to file jointly and receive the tax benefits that comes with that, my student loan payments will skyrocket. The tax benefits that usually come with getting married and filing taxes jointly will never apply to us as long as I have significant student debt.
For example, say that when he gets out of school we both make $50,000 per year. Filing jointly would then require that I pay $622 a month on the lowest repayment plan. That would amount to me paying $265,500 over 20 years and then paying income taxes on the forgiven benefit of $139,137. This, again, assumes that our incomes never change and we aren’t later kicked out of the income based opportunity referenced above.
*Additionally, if something happens to me and I’m permanently disabled or I die, he will still have to pay the income tax benefit of whatever amount is forgiven.
In sum, the student loan situation as it currently stands encourages me to ensure that I 1) make very little money for as long as possible, 2) avoid getting married for as long as I’m in debt. It also prevents me from purchasing things and starting a family because I doubt I will ever be able to afford children. I can only speak for myself and possibly for those who have also worked hard to attain advanced degrees but I can honestly say that if I could go back and do it over, I never would have gone to law school.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if I could further assist in any way.
Alissa, if you really want to make a change in what our educators are facing today then you have to take a stance in what is playing in the colleges across the country. The schools encourage people to enter the higher learning element of society by attending the college of your choice. That’s great, but what they don’t tell you is what you are facing as we speak. It’s kind of like your damned if you do and your damned if you don’t attend college. What we need are those bright minds, but at a cost that they can afford. So I am proposing that we limit the schools tuition by decreasing the amount needed to attend the school of your choice. Let’s be honest do they really need $40K to $60K a year or more for someone to attend a college? Or are you subsiding the athletic programs at the school? Really which is more important someone dribbling a basketball or someone saving those who are in need of help? I’m not saying everything is pro bono, but I do believe that you should give to those who are in need of your GOD given talent.
What you are facing is the same dilemma educators are facing…and for that matter, any student graduating from college today. The only real solution is to reduce the amount of interest to “0” percent on school loans, and get the universities to decrease the amount of tuition… at least that’s what I think. Remember I cannot help you if I am not commander and chief. If you really care about your situation as well as others then we need to band together and make a difference in the path we choose to take. I have chosen the path of helping those in need of help. Remember if it was easy everyone would be doing it so which path will you choose?

Views on LGBT Community
Subject: What are your views on LGBT community?
From Ryan Riggle:
What are your views on LGBT community? Many Republicans believe that marriage should only be between a man and woman due to their religious beliefs. I believe it is important for the leaders of this country to have good values that come with religion. However will your religious beliefs triumph the beliefs of others within the LGBT community? What would you suggest be the solution to this subject?
Definition: LGBT, LGBTQ, LGBTQA, TBLG:These acronyms refer to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, and Asexual or Ally. Although all of the different identities within “LGBT” are often lumped together (and share sexism as a common root of oppression), there are specific needs and concerns related to each individual identity.
I think that whatever a person does in his or her life is between them and their maker. I am not the judge of how they neither act nor am I the judge of their actions. They have to respond to their actions the same as anyone else has to answer for his or her deeds. I would not force my beliefs on them nor would I want them to force their beliefs on me and my family. I believe that the sanctity of marriage should be between a man and women. I don’t think or believe that marriage is meant to be between two men or between two women. The earth was populated by a man and women just as everything else is brought upon the earth by a male and female. I think that LGBT is an abomination, and I think it is morally wrong and that it is corrupting our society, and our children. I am concerned that this life style be not reflected on others or on their beliefs.
So let those that have ears let them hear.
Remember every human being knows the difference between right and wrong. We know the difference between the two, but it is what we choose to do with the choices we make that makes a difference to our fellow man.

Winning the Votes of the People
Subject: How do you plan on winning the votes of the people who do not agree with you?
From Ryan Riggle:
I personally agree with your views and hope that you succeed as president. However with as divided as many people are on many topics how do you plan to win the votes of people that don’t agree with you? What are things that you would be willing to compromise on to win the votes you need? An example is lower or eliminating the tax on big business to get them to stay in the United States. How can you convince the people who believe the rich should be taxed more because they have more?
However with as divided as many people are on many topics how do you plan to win the votes of people that don’t agree with you?
Think about this, the United States is the richest most powerful nation in the world and yet we cannot house the poor, nor can we feed the hungry. When was the last time you walked across the street to help your neighbor? Does anyone understand what it’s like for the average person or family to live from day to day not knowing where his or her paycheck is coming from? Or living with bars on their doors and windows to keep their families safe from harm. How many times has someone done something wrong and paid for their mistake and yet they are being held captive by the very system that put them there. I think they already know the wrong that they have done. Ok they were punished but yet they have no means of support. What they need is a helping hand to get back on the right track and become useful citizens again. Isn’t it nice to know that you have a job and that you can pay your bills and put food on the table for you and your family by earning a living and not living off the backs of others. It’s called self-esteem! Maybe it’s time that we get Washington off our backs, out of our lives, and out of our wallets, by Putting American’s Back in Charge!
What are things that you would be willing to compromise on to win the votes you need?
The answer is nothing. I am not willing to compromise anything of the American people if they already have nothing to compromise. What can I take away from someone if he or she has nothing to give? Have you ever been so poor that you had no idea where your next paycheck was coming from? Or if you were going to be able to have a birthday cake for your son or daughter’s birthday, and not just a cup cake with one candle on it. If you are one of the many that have had this problem than you are not alone. It is a terrible feeling for you to look into your child’s eyes, and know that for now this is the best that you can do. I know what it is like, and it brings tears to my eyes for you to read this. Because I know many of you right now are suffering the same way that I once did. Now more than ever more and more people are now being placed on food stamps, and well fare. So now we have also pitted the Black against the White, and the Rich against the Poor, and the Poor against the less Poor. We are told what is good for us to eat and we are now being told that it is the wealthy and big business that is under mining this great land. When it is in fact the Government that is undermining the Country and its People.
An example is lower or eliminating the tax on big business to get them to stay in the United States. How can you convince the people who believe the rich should be taxed more because they have more?
I believe it is time that we stand up for the American Workers and American Manufacturing. Because it is vital to our Economic and National Security. Not only the wealth, but the independence and security of a country, appear to be materially connected with the prosperity of manufactures. Every Nation… ought to endeavor to possess within itself all the essentials of national supply. These comprise the means of subsistence, habitation, clothing and defense. Let’s take the shackles off of the large corporations and let them survive that are based and operating within the US boarders. They should pay little or no taxes providing that they and their profits are also banked in US banks. Who cares if they pay taxes or not especially if they are employing millions of people that are making a living and paying taxes themselves? Remember those same people in the work place are the ones who will have the money to buy the product they make. Besides if you own stock in that company that you work for aren’t you going to reap the rewards on your stock options? And what about the profits that the corporations make that are sitting in foreign banks? People here are waiting to borrow that money for home improvements, and business loans if those funds were available to the people at home and not overseas. Right now those same companies have shuffled their funds off shore to other ports for little or no taxation. Let’s bring the money and our American business’s back home where they belong. We need the work here. We can build the windmills we can forge the steel we have the know-how and the technology to make it happen.
I would like to say that since 2001 we have lost 5.1 million steel jobs in America. US Steel Corporation and Arcelormittal are asking for help from our Government and they have turned their back on them. Not only did it affect the steel industry but it also affects everyone else that has a job that is work related to the Steel Industry in some way or another. I also think that we are now in what is nothing more than an inverted pyramid. What was once the top of the pinnacle is now trickled down to nothing at the bottom. It seems that the only solution that our Government can offer us for work is flipping burgers at McDonalds and increasing the minimum wage. Remember if the economy was so great the auto manufactures would not be giving someone $8,500.00 to buy their product. So remember without the Steel Industry and all of the other Industries this country would be in ruins. Help me to help you and the American People be prosperous once again.

A Snowball’s Chance
Subject: Petyo said, “Some people would look at me like a snowball.”
I remembered I was once at a spaghetti dinner, and the gentleman behind me said, that I did not stand a snowballs chance in hell of winning. I stood up, and introduced myself and said, “Hi I’m the snowball.” Nothing more was said.

Environmental Protections And More
Subject: Thoughts on Environmental Protections
I would like to know your thoughts on environmental protections and the notion of incorporating externalities into the cost of doing business. This is a huge issue for millennials.
By externalities I mean the external costs of doing business (in every market). This includes the impacts that something has on the environment, customers, communities, workers, government, wildlife, future generations ability to use resources, social and political relationships etc. Both releasing unnatural or highly concentrated chemicals into the environment and the damaged caused and the side effects some drugs have could be considered as externalities. In our current economic structure many of these costs do not fall on the producers/consumers directly involved but rather other members of the community or the government itself. This leads to economic inefficiency as more of this action is produced/consumed than is socially optimal. If the social costs were born by those directly involved the action itself would be more expensive, leading to less of it or at least paying more for it. There are various ways to correct this market inefficiency and shift costs back on to those involved including taxation, government regulation, self-policing, independent oversight, manufacturer organizations, honest and in depth reporting of the problems from all camps, citizen groups, etc. Each approach has its ups and downs and personally I don’t think using just one approach works. I would like to know your philosophy on how society should approach these problems and what you see as the ideal solution? I would also like to know your thoughts about when these externalities affect not only our nation but other nations, friend or foe. How do you feel we should approach it then? Thank you for responding to my inquiry. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
I will try to make this as simple as I can for everyone to understand our environment as I see it. If you hunt or fish as I do you know that the animals who share the earth with us eat and drink the same water as we do. They breathe the same air and travel the same fields as we plant our crops. Somewhere along the road we forgot that the creatures that share the same space as we do also suffer from what we place on it or in it. Can we drink the water that the fish swim in if we cannot eat the fish because of the contamination? Remember it was not too long ago that our National bird the Bald Eagle was in danger because of DDT poisoning? We supply vaccines for our children with mercury and inject it into their frail bodies and can anyone explain what purpose the additional chemicals like formaldehyde has to do with a vaccine? How many people living next to a chemical plant have suffered from cancers and other diseases? How about our service men and women who came back from Vietnam with Agent Orange and died from cancer. By the way it is called Round Up. Also don’t forget about the entire cure all drugs on the market today that will cure you of all the problems that you have! Now don’t forget that you will possibly have any of the following problems that you never had before, but how I feel better knowing that I have nose bleeds, possible heart problems, headaches, nervous disorders, cancer, liver problems, and the list goes on, but boy do I feel great!
A study was done in Europe with a family who ate food from a local store. Their bodies were filled with toxic poisons at very high levels. They did a study on giving them nothing but organic products. The results were that within two weeks the body healed itself with all natural foods with maybe a slight trace of toxins. I believe that all of the genetic things that we are doing to our food supply is actually harming the environment that we live in and causing all of the rising problems with our children today. We need to take a stand with what we eat and drink if we are to survive for future generations.
I will go back to my original statement that I said earlier “If you cannot eat the fish how can you drink the water?”

Traumatic Brain Injury
Subject: Traumatic Brain Injury and our forgotten people
My name is Alicia Murie. I am an active Traumatic Brain Injury advocate and a seventeen year survivor of a left-right traumatic brain injury. I’ve been working hard to help others like me by going to college, communicating with the state and congressional leaders for Oklahoma, researching my disability, learning to write legislation, and creating an organization to help see that students and young adults succeed at their dreams in both school and life. Seventeen years ago I was broadsided at sixty miles per hour on the driver’s side of the ’94 Ford Chevy I was driving. I was hit by a pickup pulling a trailer. This resulted in the driver’s door being slammed half way into the middle of the driver’s wheel which broke the bottom left three ribs and slammed my brain against both sides of the wheel at sixty miles per hour. I would end up sustaining a left-right traumatic brain injury and would end up in a coma that my ICU doctors not only thought I wouldn’t come out of but didn’t think I would survive either. I got out of the hospital on the day I said I would and would end up graduating with my high school class in 1999. That following fall I attended Rose State College and after four and a half years would receive an Assoc. in Science. It was also while I was attending there that I created TBI Raiders. You can go to http://tbiraiders.yolasite.com/article.php to read about the history of it. One of the biggest area of help I received was from the State and Congressional law makers for Oklahoma. I have been in touch with Sen. Inhofe, Rep. Lucas, and Rep. Cole since I was a student at Rose State College. Please feel free to ask them questions if you would like to know more about who I am. Besides the fact nobody really pays attention to the issues of those living with disabilities, even less is paid to those living with a traumatic brain injury. I’m not speaking of the immediate attention given to those who sustain the disability. I would be speaking of once we re-enter the community and are around others. The biggest thing that could have helped me was if I had gotten diagnosed with PTSD sooner than I did. Because early on and depending on the day, if I started to have episodes, my brain would start shutting down on me. That would mean that feeling in my left side would go away or I could barely stay awake or something just as bad if not worse. TBI Raiders is my way of helping bring together students (with and without disabilities) as well as young adults living with a TBI. So that way they can see back the misconceptions they have about one another. I remembered the misconceptions I had about disabilities but began to see what misconceptions that youth with disabilities had about those without disabilities when I came to Washington DC to represent Oklahoma youth living with disabilities at the National Youth with disabilities Leadership Conference in 2004. I would serve a year on the governing board as well as serving a few years on the pubic outreach and advocacy committees. I have some questions for you that are important for me in helping those with TBI become more politically active. 1. Do you know someone with a traumatic brain injury? 2. Are you aware of any of the issues affecting those living with disabilities or TBI? 3. Are you aware that Social Security Income dictates how much those with disabilities can make a month? Ex: when I was on it I was only allowed to make $80 a month before money started to get cut back. 4. What have you done to help those with a Disability or TBI? 5. What will you do to help those living with a Disability and a TBI if you are elected? 6. Would you be someone who would want to categorize TBI in the ‘disability’ category or make it a separate category of its own? 7. Would you want to help create a unified approach in helping those with a TBI? 8. Would you have the Dept. of Education create better trainings for teachers in public education that were on TBI? 9. Do you presently serve on or are you aware of the Congressional Brain Injury Task Force? 10. Will you work on creating a better atmosphere in the job market for those living with disabilities? I hope you have a wonderful day!
Alicia, to answer your question about TBI the answer is no. I know of no one with that problem other than you now. But what I can tell you is that I am very aware of the problem with Social Security and the benefits that handicap people receive. Why, the answer is simple my brother Jeffery has been handicapped since he was nineteen years old. He is now sixty years old and I can tell you many horror stories of how people with disabilities suffer at the hands of the Government. If you make any money at all you are also being handicapped by the Government on what dollar amounts you are able to receive in assistance. Have you ever wondered why people that have no legs or appendages are unable to perform certain tasks to earn a living wage ride around in cars unfit for habitation? They never have or are afforded the good life do to the fact that they are constantly being plagued by the Government and Social Security restrictions. Believe me I know what you are going through as well as the many others who have disabilities. When I am elected President I will pledge to work on your problem as well as other problems in our society, and to help those who are in need of help in our Country.

Marbury v. Madison
Addressed to Michael: I am a conservative-libertarian columnist for the popular legal website Above The Law and a faculty member at the Thurmond Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. I’m currently working on a piece on 2016 Republican Presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson’s recent comments on the authority of the U.S. Supreme Court. Specifically, comments Dr. Carson recently made to Chris Wallace of Fox News Sunday: “The way our Constitution is set up, the president or the executive branch is obligated to carry out the laws of the land. The laws of the land, according to our Constitution, are provided by the legislative branch. The laws of the land are not provided by the judiciary branch [. . .] [T]his is an area we need to discuss. We need to get into a discussion of this because it has changed from the original intent. It is an open question.” I’d like to offer Mr. Petyo an opportunity to elaborate on his own view of judicial review. In his view, was Marbury v. Madison rightly decided? If Marbury v. Madison was not rightly decided, who or what entity does the U.S. Constitution authorize to act as the final arbiter of the meaning of the Constitution’s language? My piece is scheduled to be published by the end of the day on Friday. I’d love to include a quote from Mr. Petyo or his team.
Jefferson disagreed with Marshall’s reasoning in this case:
You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so. They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps…. Their power [is] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves.
I by no means am qualified to comment on who was right Marshall or Jefferson in 1789. I do remember reading that at the time William Marbury a prosperous financier in Maryland would have every reason to establish his ruling by power of office or by his monetary ability to in act a law not favorable to the Constitution or its people but to those in power. This happened when Rockefeller tried to put his Presidential hopeful in office which failed when Teddy Roosevelt came in shortly after the election was over and foiled their scheme of owning the Presidency. I believe that some men’s hearts are true and good for the country, but others men’s hearts only thrive on wealth and power.
Yes, some branch of government must determine whether a law is constitutional and Marbury V Madison says it’s the judicial branch.
Remember every human being knows the difference between right and wrong. We know the difference between the two but it is what we choose to do with the choices we make that makes a difference to our fellow man.

Patriot Act Thoughts
I would like to know whether Michael Petyo favors keeping or repealing the Patriot Act.
Can the Patriot Act be Repealed?
I believe that the Patriot Act is nothing more than a Governmental mechanism to take control of America and its Citizens. I do not believe that the Patriot Act was established for our benefit and the benefit of our children. This Country has done very well on its own for over 200 years and so has our citizens. I see the Patriot Act as nothing more than an intrusion of Government leaders forcing upon its citizens their will that they impose on us, and that they themselves are exclude from such laws. As I have stated on my web site under Government Employee’s, I believe we should vote every Democrat and Republican out of office and start with honest people willing to do for others first before themselves. I know that if old Andrew Jackson was around today most of these Congressman and Senators would have been horse whipped or hung for treason.

Presidential Newspaper Story
Subject: Branson Tri-Lakes Newspaper Article
I just wanted to complement you on the story that you wrote about my race for President. You wrote about the facts, and not what you thought it should be about. Your words were true and precise as to the facts and nothing else. Some reporters would write about what they perceive the subject should be, but not you. I can only complement you again on your superb journalism. I believe you will become an asset to your industry and this nation.

Electoral College Topic
I would like to know Michael Petyo’s stance on whether to keep the Electoral College system or replace it with a popular vote.
The process gets even more complicated when you consider that winning the popular vote in each state means that the candidate wins all the electoral votes for that state, even if they do not win by a large margin. If this happens in several states, it is entirely possible for a candidate to win the national popular vote, but still not win the election because they weren’t able to win enough electoral votes. This has happened four times in our history: in 1824, 1876, 1888 and 2000.
The idea behind the Electoral College is to provide protection for small states. In theory, if only the popular vote was used, states with large populations, such as California, Texas and New York, would be able to choose the president in every election. That could lead candidates to ignore the needs of states with smaller populations, like New Mexico and Iowa.
In recent years, there has been great debate over whether the Electoral College is an effective method of choosing a president, or whether it’s still needed at all. Many people consider a process where the President can be elected without winning the popular vote to be unfair. Critics also charge that the needs of the various states are shared, rather than unique, so a president who ignored certain states would be harming America as a whole. The debate goes on, but for the moment, the Electoral College remains as the way we choose our presidents.
The problem we have now is does your vote really count?
The problem we have is will the people vote for the right person for the job of President, or will they be sheep and vote for what hand outs they will receive from the Government? If the Popular vote would be fair that would be great. But as you have read in the above paragraph it would not. It leads to the little guy getting the short end of the deal. Right now we have 24 States that can change their vote from the popular to whatever they choose. So technically they could vote for me, but the State could override it and give their Electoral votes to the other candidate.
The question I am wondering about is why don’t we give each state just one (1) vote each? Then the one who gets the majority of the votes wins. Why not? It would not be by population but by State votes. That would mean that the smaller States would have the same power as the larger ones. Whatever the popular vote in that State would be the one who would get the vote for President. All States would abide by the same rules and no State could choose to change the vote from what the people have chosen. I think that would be fair and the people’s vote would truly count. But in the event of a tie of 25/25 then the popular vote would supersede the State votes, and that person would then become President.
